Everything is just perfect, location is rate it 10/10 everything is close to you, shops, cafe, bazar, metro station, barber, saloon , grocery all can be reached by walking maximum 5 min and maybe 10 min walking and you will be in the grand bazar, the breakfast is so amazing and authentic turkish, the staff very helpful and they do extra mile to help you , special thanks to all of them but more exceptional thanks for Mr. Najeeb in the reception he explained for us where we can find metro station 5 min away from the hotel and he helped me a lot during my stay there i am really thankful and grateful for his assistance including the other guys as well, i highly recommend the hotel you will really enjoy your stay in istanbul with them and you will explore more hidden gems in istanbul ❤️ surely my next visit to istanbul i will stay with them , highly recommended i give them 10/10. Hotel was clean all the time and the room service were very helpful and smiling all the time, and even the staff responsible on the buffet they were smiling and welcoming the guest. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, from reception right through to Vatma, the cleaning lady. Veysel and staff made us feel right at home and was very hospitable and helpful in every way! The room was also as pictured and it was cosy and warm - perfect for me and hubby! The bed is comfortable and the shower has good water pressure which is what I needed after a long day of exploring! Close walk to the tramway and all the main attractions which was a bonus. Veysel also offered his tram card which helped us on our adventures each day. Veysel also got us a discount and a private table right next to the dancers on the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise which we thoroughly enjoyed. The included breakfast had a beautiful selection of food and the restaurant is intimate and cute! I cannot fault the hotel at all! We loved our 4-night stay! Also, the restaurant next door, The Glass, makes beautiful, delicious food! We will be back!

Rauf and team of administrators did a great job to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Hotel is located 5 minutes from Grand Bazar and Ayasofya and lots of historical landmarks are within 15-20 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes are also nearby. Hotel is located in shoe wholesale area and it is always full of men carrying cardboard boxes around. Also they start working pretty early, so make sure your windows are closed or it would be hard to sleep. I found that area of Old town very cool, you get to see some scenes and stuff you won’t see in Europe, but for some people it might be a little too much.

Excellent hotel. The staff is very helpful, always smiling. Polite people who helped us carry our baggage (11 suitcases) from the hotel to the taxi. Good breakfast compared to my previous experiences in Istanbul ( this is my 3rd time). Clean room, and we were lucky to sleep very well, as the hotel is located near to a chose market and factories. The location is excellent, we went to Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, Sulaymeniye, Egyptian market and Beyazit walking. Close to the T1 tram which is very strategic.

Primero Hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Veysel at the reception. His friendliness, attentiveness, and generous hospitality truly stood out. He greeted us with Turkish sweets and made both our arrival and departure unforgettable. The hotel surprised us with a thoughtful birthday celebration, complete with a delicious cake, which added a special touch to our stay. The room was impeccably clean every day and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful gesture of delivering free fruits to our room was another delightful surprise. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant offered an exceptional dining experience, with every dish being absolutely delicious and crafted to perfection. The ambiance of Primero is warm, elegant, and exceptionally safe, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning soon!
