Everything is just perfect, location is rate it 10/10 everything is close to you, shops, cafe, bazar, metro station, barber, saloon , grocery all can be reached by walking maximum 5 min and maybe 10 min walking and you will be in the grand bazar, the breakfast is so amazing and authentic turkish, the staff very helpful and they do extra mile to help you , special thanks to all of them but more exceptional thanks for Mr. Najeeb in the reception he explained for us where we can find metro station 5 min away from the hotel and he helped me a lot during my stay there i am really thankful and grateful for his assistance including the other guys as well, i highly recommend the hotel you will really enjoy your stay in istanbul with them and you will explore more hidden gems in istanbul ❤️ surely my next visit to istanbul i will stay with them , highly recommended i give them 10/10. Hotel was clean all the time and the room service were very helpful and smiling all the time, and even the staff responsible on the buffet they were smiling and welcoming the guest. His friendliness, attentiveness, and generous hospitality truly stood out. He greeted us with Turkish sweets and made both our arrival and departure unforgettable. The hotel surprised us with a thoughtful birthday celebration, complete with a delicious cake, which added a special touch to our stay. The room was impeccably clean every day and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful gesture of delivering free fruits to our room was another delightful surprise. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant offered an exceptional dining experience, with every dish being absolutely delicious and crafted to perfection. The ambiance of Primero is warm, elegant, and exceptionally safe, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and look forward to returning soon!

They also provided fresh fruit on the last day for us to take to the airport. Was such a lovely touch. If you wish to go on any trips whilst you’re there, they will organise this for you. Amazing service throughout our stay, the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The hotel is located on a lovely street with cafes, restaurants and a bar. Great if you have been out all day and want to stay local on the evening. We can’t fault the hotel, everything was amazing, breakfast was great and special shout out to Veysel who organised our trips, provided advise on how to get to places, organised our transport from the airport and the return. We can’t thank you enough for making our holiday exceptional. Can’t wait to return.🇹🇷❤️

The staff are very welcoming and helpful, from reception right through to Vatma, the cleaning lady. Veysel and staff made us feel right at home and was very hospitable and helpful in every way! The room was also as pictured and it was cosy and warm - perfect for me and hubby! The bed is comfortable and the shower has good water pressure which is what I needed after a long day of exploring! Close walk to the tramway and all the main attractions which was a bonus. Veysel also offered his tram card which helped us on our adventures each day. Veysel also got us a discount and a private table right next to the dancers on the Bosphorus Dinner Cruise which we thoroughly enjoyed. The included breakfast had a beautiful selection of food and the restaurant is intimate and cute! I cannot fault the hotel at all! We loved our 4-night stay! Also, the restaurant next door, The Glass, makes beautiful, delicious food! We will be back!

This was my second stay at this wonderful little hotel, and I’m so glad I came back. The location is excellent—central, convenient, only a few minutes from Tram 1 Cemberlitas station and a short walk to Sultanahmet. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Farhat and Rashid (sorry if I misspelled their names) were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Umat went out of his way to make me feel at home, offering help with everything from local recommendations to little thoughtful touches that make a big difference. You can really feel the pride they take in their work. It’s rare to find such consistently great service, and it’s what will keep bringing me back.
